THREE PLEAD GUILTY IN ANDERSON K-9 CASE

 

Anderson, SC – Sergio Montez Martin and Shirlandria Shaqua Dixon and Martevious Shamon Craig pled guilty today in Anderson General Sessions Court before the Honorable Donald Hocker. Martin pled guilty to Failure to Stop for a Blue Light and Possession of a Weapon by Certain Persons Unlawful and was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Dixon pled guilty to Filing a False Police Report and was sentenced to five years suspended on the service of five years probation.  Craig pled guilty to three counts of Accessory after the Fact and his sentence was deferred.  Charges are still pending in the case against David Fitzgerald Morris, Jr.  His case is expected to go to trial on May 22, 2017.
