Oconee Expungement Applications are taken during regular office hours (8:30-5 M-F). However, preferably applications for Oconee charges should be emailed to: [email protected] or faxed (864.260.1030) or mailed to the Anderson office.
How do I find my warrant number(s) to complete my application?
The Solicitor’s Office is unable to find your warrant numbers for you or to hand out background checks to the public. Listed below are two easy ways to search for your criminal records.
FOR ANDERSON COUNTY CHARGES
Public Access System (ACPASS) – This is online and FREE. Please follow the following steps:

∙ Type in your last name and first name and click “SEARCH”
FOR OCONEE COUNTY CHARGES
